    General Questions

    Are there any side-effects to your products?

    Our products have undergone numerous scientific research studies. No side-effects have been observed during this process. However, should you feel any side-effects upon using our products, please stop using it immediately.

    How effective is your technology?

    Multiple studies were conducted proving significant effectiveness of the product in reducing the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation. For more information, please click here.

    How does the technology work?

    The topological circuit of the Aires patented microprocessor’s resonator antenna accumulates charges. A cell phone’s or other electronic device’s “electromagnetic impulse generator” serves as the source of these charges. When an excess charge (polarization) has built up, it is automatically redistributed to the Aires microprocessor, which uses the charge to cause a coherent transformation of the field in the form of a hologram – made up of regularly alternating maxima and minima. The hologram interacts with external radiation, restructuring and transforming the EMF haze into a more biologically-compatible form, thus reducing the conflict between the external radiation and the radiation from the human body’s cells.

    Do Aires products require power supply?

    Our products do not require any external power. They are passive devices powered by the electromagnetic field of devices around it.

    What are the products made of?

    A Printed Circuit Board and a Monocrystalline Silicon wafer chip.

    What is the life expectancy of Aires products?

    Our products are passive devices. They will continue to work as long as they maintain their structural integrity.

    Can Aires products be tested at home?

    No, the device cannot be tested at home as the testing procedure requires specialized equipment to measure the person’s physiological condition after or during interaction with electromagnetic radiation and the protective devices. For more information, please click here.

    How do I know if my Aires product is damaged?

    Some signs of damage to look for are any cracks, chips or other wear and tear in or around the microprocessor. In addition, some signs of water damage include droplets/bubbling either in or around the microprocessor or discolouration of this area.

    Can I return my product if I am unhappy?

    Customers can return or exchange a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs when returning products.

    Will Aires products affect the functionality of electronic devices overall?

    No, our products do not interfere with the functionality of any electronic devices.

    Can Aires products be exposed to low/high temperatures?

    Our products can withstand +/- 50 degrees celsius.

    What are your products’ bandwidth compatibility?

    Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, LTE, 4G, 5G

    What are the products’ tested frequency range?

    The tested frequency range is between 24Hz to 28Ghz (5G).

    Installation

    Aires Shield Pro

    For best results, the Aires Shield Pro should be applied in the center of an electronic device. Please ensure you adhere it directly on a clean and flat surface that does not interfere with the functionality of the device itself. The Shield Pro can be adhered above or beneath protective cases.

    Aires Guardian

    Home Installation: We recommend to install the Guardian directly on any clean and flat surface. Vehicle Installation: It can be placed on the windshield, in the sun visor or placed anywhere inside the car with the provided installation hardware. Office Installation: It can be installed directly above/beneath an office desk or on the closest wall.

    Technical Questions

    Can I use a protective case with the Aires Shield Pro?

    The Aires Shield Pro can be used with a protective case. It can be applied on top or underneath it.

    Does the Defender Pro come with a protective case?

    The Defender Pro comes with its own leather pouch and lanyard for our customers to conveniently carry this product.

    Do I need to use a protective case with the Guardian?

    No protective casing is require.

    Do I need more than one Shield Pro on each electronic device?

    One unit of the Shield Pro is enough for small devices, such as cell phones, smart phones, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, etc.

    How many Guardians do I need to protect my home or office?

    One unit of the Guardian is sufficient enough to offer up to 8 meters of protection. Additional units may be required if your space is larger than this effective range.

    Can the Aires Shield Pro be reapplied on another device?

    No, you can apply it on a device once. The Aires Shield Pro could be damaged if you try to remove it and reapply it elsewhere. The adhesive layer will lose it’s hold if removed.

    Can the Aires Guardian be reinstalled?

    Yes, the Guardian can be reinstalled multiple times with additional sets of velcro.

    What are the dimensions for the Aires Shield Pro?

    The product is 17.4mm (0.68in) in diameter.

    What are the dimensions for the Aires Defender Pro?

    The product is 54mm (2.12in) x 85mm (3.34in).

    What are the dimensions for the Aires Guardian?

    The product is 65mm (2.56in) x 122mm (4.80in).

    What is the effective range for the Aires Shield Pro?

    The effective coverage diameter is 1.5 meters (4.92 feet) for the Shield Pro.

    What is the effective range for the Aires Defender Pro?

    The effective coverage diameter is 5 meters (16.4 feet) for the Defender Pro.

    What is the effective range for the Aires Guardian?

    The effective coverage diameter is 8 meters (26.24 feet) for the Guardian.

    Payment

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Aires Tech accepts payments through all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Online Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

    Will I need to pay for Shipping and Duty Fees?

    All shipping costs associated with an order will be calculated at checkout. All customer orders could be subjected to additional import duties, levies, or C.O.D charges and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, all orders can be cancelled within 24 hours during regular business days. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected]

    Shipping & Returns

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, Aires Tech ships worldwide.

    I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change it?

    All customer orders can change their shipping information within a 24 hour window during regular business days. Please email [email protected]

    I have not received any tracking information.

    A confirmation email with all tracking information is automatically sent to you upon shipment of your order. Please ensure you also check your Spam Folder.

    When should I expect to get my product(s)?

    All customer orders within Canada & U.S. should receive their package no later than 7 – 14 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Holidays. International orders can take up 21 business days, excluding Holidays.

    I have not received my order and it’s been over 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Please send us an email to [email protected] with your original purchase order number and we will immediately create a ticket with our Logistics Department to investigate. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you.

    Can I return my product if I am dissatisfied?

    Customers can return or exchange a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs when returning products.

    My product came damaged. Can I get a replacement?

    Yes, products purchased directly from our website will be covered for 30 days from the date of purchase for any physical damage, excess wear and tear.
