American Aires Policies

Customer Order and Delivery Expectation
- All customer orders will include a copy of their purchase receipt and products.
- All customer orders can change their shipping information within a 12hr window during regular working days.
- All customer orders placed during regular working days (Monday to Friday) can be cancelled within 12 hours. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected]
- All customer orders placed over the weekend or Holidays can request cancellation within 24 hours. The request will be processed on the next business day. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected]
- All customer orders will be processed and shipped within a 24hr window during regular working days, with the exception of weekends, holidays or unforeseeable events.
- All customer orders within Canada & U.S. should receive their package no later than 10 business days from the date of purchase.
- All international customer orders should receive their package no later than 20 business days from the date of purchase.
- If products are purchased and the item goes on back order or is out of stock, Aires will ship the quantity of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available Aires will ship you the rest of the order and the customer will not be charged for any additional shipping or related costs. Aires will endeavor to deliver all product that goes on back order or temporarily out of stock as soon as possible.
- All customer service-related inquiries will be addressed during regular business hours or within the next business day (24hrs).
Customer Tracking and Order Responsibilities
- All customer orders once completed, will be sent an email notification confirming their purchase order has been processed and shipped with their tracking number.
- All customers accept full responsibility for their personal and shipping information as provided
- All customers are expected to be fully cooperative with our shipping providers, delivery schedules and processes.
- All customers are expected to notify American Aires and the shipping provider immediately for any lost orders.
- All customers who reject delivery of their order(s) may not be eligible for refund or exchange; and will be at the discretion of American Aires.
NOTE: Tracking information may not be available until after a carrier pickup.
Shipping Costs and Duties
- All shipping costs associated with an order will be calculated at checkout. (This does not include additional fees for import or duties)
- All return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility to pay and not American Aires Inc
- All customer orders could be subject to additional shipping fees, such as import duties, levies, or c.o.d. charges and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
- A one-year manufacturer warrantee on item defects, from the date of purchase.
- Each manufacturer warrantee claim must be made within the one-year period.
- All products must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Products purchased directly from www.airestech.com will be covered for an additional 30 days from the date of purchase for any physical damage, excess wear and tear.
- Each warrantee claim must be made within the 30-day period for a replacement to be issued.
- All Products must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
- Customers can make returns on all products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase – no questions asked.
- Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs when returning products. (Please be sure to identify the reason for the return as Warranty Replacement or Return Exchange on the label as the Reason for Shipment.)
- All returned products must include a copy of their invoice or email receipt as proof of purchase.
- All returned products must be sent back to our corporate office within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns and refunds are at the absolute discretion of Aires and may be denied for just cause.
- All returned or exchanged products must include a fully completed Aires Tech Exchange | Refund Form and must be enclosed with all returning items. Please see below for our Exchange Refund Form.
