American Aires Inc. (“Aires”) ships all over the world. Aires currently ships worldwide
Aires currently uses the following companies to ship products:

Customer Order and Delivery Expectation
- All customer orders will include a copy of their purchase receipt and products.
- All customer orders can change their shipping information within a 24hr window during regular working days.
- All customer orders can be cancelled within a 24hr window during regular working days.
- All customer orders will be processed and shipped within a 24 – 48hr window during regular working days, with the exception of weekends, holidays or unforeseeable events.
- All customer orders within Canada & U.S. should receive their package no later than 7 – 14 business days from the date of purchase.
- All international customer orders should receive their package no later than 7 – 21 business days from the date of purchase.
- If products are purchased and the item goes on back order or is at that time out of stock, Aires will ship the quantity of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available Aires will ship you the rest of the order and the customer will not be charged for any additional shipping or related costs. Aires will endeavor to deliver all product that goes on back order or temporarily out of stock as soon as possible.
Customer Tracking and Order Responsibilities
- All customer orders once completed, will be sent an email notification confirming their purchase order has been processed and shipped with their tracking number.
- All customers accept full responsibility for the their personal and shipping information.
- All customers are expected to be fully cooperative with our shipping providers, schedule and processes.
- All customers are expected to notify Aires and the shipping provider immediately for any lost orders.
Shipping Costs and Duties
- All shipping costs associated with an order will be calculated at checkout.
- All customer orders could be subject to additional import duties, levies, or c.o.d. charges and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
- Customers can make returns on all products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase – Satisfaction Guaranteed!
- Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs when returning products.
- All returned products must include a copy of their invoice or email receipt as proof of purchase.
- All returned products must be sent back to our corporate office within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns and refunds are at the absolute discretion of Aires and may be denied for just cause.
